The Phoenix Indian Medical Center Auxiliary was established in 1968 and focuses on several main avenues of service:
PIMCa has awarded over $600,000 in health related scholarships and purchased over $600,000 in equipment. Volunteers have provided countless hours of service.

- Award scholarships to Native Americans studying health related careers
- Purchase medical & office equipment that could not otherwise be obtained
- Support community health events
- Assist in managing grant and trust funds
- Provide patient services alongside the nursing staff
